I am a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultant based in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.
I’ve been interested in yoga since 2018 and decided to complete my 200 hour YTT in 2020. I became very interested in yoga related to women’s health such as pre/postnatal and womb health and fertility.
